Breaking News!  Will Dotson, Carroll County Search and Rescue training officer has passed a new milestone in certification level.  Will has been certified as an "Operational Tracker".  This moves him into the ranks of one of the nation’s most highly skilled wilderness search and rescue professions, one generally considered by many SAR people to rank among the best-trained, dedicated and knowledgeable searchers.

Outside magazine has estimated that there are fewer than 1,000 active man-trackers in America.  We are fortunate to have Will as a trainer for our SAR unit.  To read the article concerning Will passing this milestone, click on this link.
