Instructions

You will receive an email with attachment that has messages for you to send during the exercise.  You may choose to send these via voice or Winlink.  If you are sending by Winlink, be sure the receiving station has an operational Winlink in the exercise.  These messages will have a statement at the head and closing stating "THIS IS A DRILL, THIS IS A TEST".  Read this statement as part of each of your messages.

A number of messages will also be sent to your location during the exercise that will require a reply back to the originator.  You will also receive replies back from the messages that you send out.  Agency personnel that you supporting may also want to originate messages from their agency and they are encouraged to do so.

Plan to take a digital camera with you to your assignment and save your photos in a JPEG format and email them to w4ghs(AT)arrl.net.  Include the names and the order they appear in each photo.  These will be posted in the photo section of this website.

Thanks,

Glen Sage, W4GHS
